Ingredients

- 1 cup grated apples
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated carrots and apples.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
