Description
Delicious and healthy carrot cake donuts made in an air fryer. These donuts are moist, flavorful, and a perfect guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, flour, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Grease the donut molds and pour the batter into them, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the molds.
Notes
- You can use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins to the batter.
