Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix grated carrots, flour, sugar, oil, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can add walnuts or raisins for extra flavor.
- Check cake at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking.
