A quick and easy air fryer version of the classic carrot halwa, perfect for a healthy dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
- 1 tbsp raisins
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat ghee in an air fryer-safe pan and add grated carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in sugar, cardamom powder, nuts, and raisins. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust sugar as per taste.
- Use full-fat milk for a richer texture.
- Grate carrots finely for even cooking.
