Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat ghee in an air fryer-safe pan and add grated carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add milk and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix in sugar, cardamom powder, nuts, and raisins. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
