Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix grated carrots, oats, egg, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small drops or patties.
- Place drops in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Ensure carrots are well-drained to avoid soggy drops.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
