Ingredients

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix hot honey and lime juice.
- Drizzle over cauliflower, toss to coat.
- Cook 3 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.

- Cut florets evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust spice level by reducing red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
