- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rice the cauliflower by pulsing it in a food processor or grating it.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a round pizza crust on parchment paper.
- Transfer the crust to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Spread pizza sauce over the crust, then add cheese and your favorite toppings.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
