- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cumin (if using).
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
