- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and turmeric (if using).
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- You can substitute the spices with your favorite seasoning blend.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
