Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and turmeric (if using).
  3. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
