Description

A quick and healthy side dish made with cauliflower rice cooked in an air fryer. Perfect for low-carb and gluten-free diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4 cups riced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  2. In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread the cauliflower rice in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until lightly browned and tender.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or fresh herbs before serving.
  • If the cauliflower rice is too moist, pat it dry with a paper towel before cooking.
