- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta or vegan cheese (optional)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Place seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, and cheese.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
