Description
Crispy, spicy cauliflower wings made in the air fryer. A perfect vegetarian alternative to buffalo wings.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil for vegan option)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a batter.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the batter, shaking off excess.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and butter mixture.
- Return to air fryer for 2 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray florets with oil before air frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
