Description

Crispy, spicy cauliflower wings made in the air fryer. A perfect vegetarian alternative to buffalo wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil for vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a batter.
  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and butter mixture.
  7. Return to air fryer for 2 minutes to set the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray florets with oil before air frying.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on preferred spice level.
