Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying (if deep frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cheese balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- If deep frying, heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Use cold cheese for easier shaping.
- If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes before forming balls.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
