Description

A quick and easy cheese quesadilla made in the air fryer for a crispy, melty snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted (optional, for crispiness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add optional seasonings (garlic powder, paprika) if desired.
  4. Top with the second tortilla and brush the top lightly with melted butter.
  5. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.

  • Use a spatula to safely flip the quesadilla.
