A quick and easy cheese quesadilla made in the air fryer for a crispy, melty snack or meal.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted (optional, for crispiness)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle cheese evenly over it.
- Add optional seasonings (garlic powder, paprika) if desired.
- Top with the second tortilla and brush the top lightly with melted butter.
- Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a spatula to safely flip the quesadilla.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer model.
- Add cooked chicken, beans, or veggies for extra filling.
