A delicious twist on classic cheesecake, these air fryer cheesecake egg rolls combine creamy filling with a crispy shell.

- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Place an egg roll wrapper diagonally. Add 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in the center.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray rolls with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting.
- Serve with fruit sauce or whipped cream.
