Description
Crispy, golden cream puffs with a hint of cherry and vanilla, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cherry jam
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, boil water, butter, and salt.
- Remove from heat, add flour, and stir until a dough forms.
- Return to low heat, cook for 2 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Pipe or spoon dough into small mounds on parchment.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool, then fill with whipped cream and cherry jam.
Notes
- Don’t open the air fryer too early—it deflates the puffs.
- Use room-temperature eggs for best results.
- Fill puffs just before serving to keep them crisp.
