Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cherry jam
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, boil water, butter, and salt.
  3. Remove from heat, add flour, and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Return to low heat, cook for 2 minutes, then cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  6. Pipe or spoon dough into small mounds on parchment.
  7. Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool, then fill with whipped cream and cherry jam.
