Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh chestnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and dry the chestnuts.
  3. Cut an X on the flat side of each chestnut to prevent bursting.
  4. Toss the chestnuts with olive oil and salt.
  5. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  7. Remove when the shells are crisp and the insides are tender.
  8. Peel and enjoy warm.
