- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Dip each tortilla in warm chicken broth.
- Fill tortillas with shredded chicken and cheese, then fold in half.
- Brush tacos lightly with vegetable oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spices for 30 minutes before cooking.
