- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup biscuit dough (pre-made or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Dip chicken in buttermilk, then coat with flour.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, broth, and vegetables.
- Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until dumplings are golden.

- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
