Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas, spreading it down the center.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and brush with olive oil.
- Place flautas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
