A quick and easy air fryer chicken fried rice recipe that delivers crispy, flavorful results with minimal effort.

- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix rice, chicken, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add vegetable oil to the air fryer basket and spread evenly.
- Pour the rice mixture into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Push rice to one side, pour beaten egg into the basket, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir everything together, breaking up the egg.
- Cook for another 3 minutes or until crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
Notes
- Use cold rice for best texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
