Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip each steak into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with gravy or your favorite side.
