- 4 cube steaks (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip each steak into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with gravy or your favorite side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the steaks lightly with oil before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the steaks.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
