Description

Make crispy and flavorful chicken lettuce wraps in your air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Serve in lettuce leaves.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for chicken.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
