Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Serve in lettuce leaves.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for chicken.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
