Description

A quick and flavorful chicken dish cooked in an air fryer with Marsala wine, mushrooms, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip chicken and cook for another 8 minutes.
  5. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic.
  6. Add Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and serve.

Notes

  • Use dry Marsala wine for best flavor.
  • Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
