Description
A quick and flavorful chicken dish cooked in an air fryer with Marsala wine, mushrooms, and herbs.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 8 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic.
- Add Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and serve.
Notes
- Use dry Marsala wine for best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
