Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the egg, then the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Air fry for 2 more minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check internal chicken temperature (165°F).
- Adjust cook time for thicker chicken breasts.
