Description

Crispy air fryer chicken parmesan with a golden crust, tender chicken, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken in the egg, then the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Air fry for 2 more minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
