Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place chicken poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
