- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
