Description

Crispy and flavorful hand pies filled with chicken pot pie mixture, made easy with an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll pie crusts and cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Spoon filling onto half of each circle, leaving a border.
  5. Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  7. Place hand pies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
