Crispy and flavorful hand pies filled with chicken pot pie mixture, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Unroll pie crusts and cut into 4-inch circles.
- Spoon filling onto half of each circle, leaving a border.
- Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Place hand pies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
