Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Serve with pita bread, hummus, or yogurt sauce.
