Description

A quick and healthy stir-fry made in the air fryer with tender chicken and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken strips with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Add vegetables and cook for another 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
