Description
A quick and healthy stir-fry made in the air fryer with tender chicken and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add vegetables and cook for another 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
