- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken thigh in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
