Crispy herb-crusted chicken thighs made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and paprika.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
