- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, oil, and salt.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
