Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the steak cooks, mix olive oil, parsley, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to make the chimichurri sauce.
- Toss the cooked steak bites in the chimichurri sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, let the steak rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- Serve with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
