Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. While the steak cooks, mix olive oil, parsley, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to make the chimichurri sauce.
