  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
