Description

Easy homemade bars combining chocolate and peanut butter for a quick treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an air fryer tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, honey, oats, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the tray evenly.
  4. Air fry at 320°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Let cool before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if needed.
  • For a crunchier texture, add chopped nuts.
