Easy and healthy chocolate banana muffins made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mashed banana, egg, milk, and honey in a bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin cups.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone muffin cups for easy removal.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
