Description
Crispy air fryer chocolate cannoli filled with a sweet, creamy ricotta mixture.
Ingredients

- 12 cannoli shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg white (for sealing)
- 1 tbsp melted chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Brush the edges of cannoli shells with egg white to seal.
- Fill a piping bag with the ricotta mixture and pipe into the shells.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place cannoli in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat ricotta for a creamier filling.
- Chill filling for 30 minutes for better texture.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
