Description

Crispy air fryer chocolate cannoli filled with a sweet, creamy ricotta mixture.


Ingredients

  • 12 cannoli shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg white (for sealing)
  • 1 tbsp melted chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Brush the edges of cannoli shells with egg white to seal.
  4. Fill a piping bag with the ricotta mixture and pipe into the shells.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place cannoli in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat ricotta for a creamier filling.
  • Chill filling for 30 minutes for better texture.
