- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix mashed bananas, egg, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
