Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough into greased muffin cups or silicone molds.
  8. Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
