A simple and delicious recipe for chocolate eclairs made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Pipe dough into 4-inch logs on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then slice open and fill with whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over eclairs.

- Make sure dough is smooth before piping.
- Do not open the air fryer during cooking.
- Let eclairs cool completely before filling.
