Description

A simple and delicious recipe for chocolate eclairs made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  6. Pipe dough into 4-inch logs on parchment paper.
  7. Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool, then slice open and fill with whipped cream.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over eclairs.

Notes

  • Make sure dough is smooth before piping.
  • Do not open the air fryer during cooking.
