Description

Decadent chocolate lava cakes made in an air fryer for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly between two greased ramekins.
  6. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates. Serve warm.
