Quick and easy chocolate lava cupcakes made in the air fryer for a delicious dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Divide batter into greased cupcake molds, filling halfway.
- Place 1 tbsp chocolate chips in the center of each cupcake.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the center molten.
- Use high-quality chocolate for better texture.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
