Quick and easy chocolate lava cupcakes made in the air fryer for a delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Divide batter into greased cupcake molds, filling halfway.
  5. Place 1 tbsp chocolate chips in the center of each cupcake.
  6. Cover with remaining batter.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  8. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
