Ingredients

- 1 cup Christmas pudding, crumbled
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Shape crumbled pudding into small balls.
- Dip each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Place balls in air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
