Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Brush each egg roll with melted butter.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll warm egg rolls in the mixture.
- Serve immediately.
