Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place dough balls in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized donut holes.
- Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking.
- Best eaten fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 1 day.
