- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Cut bread into 1-inch thick sticks.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Place sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 3 more minutes until golden.
- Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with syrup or yogurt.
