Instructions

  1. Cut bread into 1-inch thick sticks.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
  5. Place sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 3 more minutes until golden.
