Instructions

  2. Boil water, sugar, salt, and oil in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Pipe 4-inch strips onto parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Coat warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
