Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add vanilla extract and egg, mix until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe dough into 4-inch strips onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place churros in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll cooked churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
