Easy and flavorful cilantro lime chicken bowls made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken breasts.
